Anchors & Landing Pages

  1. Anchors Tab
  2. Landing Pages Tab

The Campaign Set Up section of the Campaign Management menu has two tabs where you set the anchors and landing pages of your campaign.

Anchors Tab

This is where you define a campaign’s anchors (anchor text).

  • What is an anchor?

An anchor is the visible, clickable text in a hyperlink. You will define your anchors by selecting the keywords or key phrases that are most relevant to your campaign as well as frequently searched for. By creating links which include the anchor text and placing those links in relevant locations around the web, Linkr™ significantly increases the Page Rank of your domain and therefore its visibility in search engines. Relevant anchor text is an integral part of SEO.

Example: As a company which provides SEO services, Sorezki wants to increase its visibility using the phrase “SEO tools.” Here, “SEO tools” is the clickable, hyperlinked text which leads to the landing page www.sorezki.com.

Tip: If you want to learn more about how to choose relevant anchors please speak with one of Sorezki’s experienced SEO consultants.

  • How can I add an anchor?

To add an anchor, go to the Set Anchors tab in the Campaign Set Up menu and type in the New Anchor you’d like to add. You can also upload files in .txt or .csv format or copy and paste anchors into the Textarea. Please separate anchors by rows or commas. Click Save Anchor to add the anchor/s to the list.

     OR

Feature: If you attempt to enter the same anchor twice Linkr™ will alert you to the redundancy.

  • How can I remove an anchor?

An anchor can be removed as long as there are no ongoing orders which include it. To delete an anchor simply go to the Set Anchors tab and click the Delete button to the right of the anchor.

Landing Pages Tab

This is where you define a campaign’s landing pages.

  • What is a Landing Page?

A landing page is the web address (URL) of the page whose Page Rank and online visibility you want to increase. A landing page can be the root URL of the website you are promoting or a specific page from the website.

Please Note: If your landing page is the URL of a specific page from the website it must be rooted in the domain you defined for the campaign. It is not possible to add landing pages which are unrelated to the campaign’s domain.

Example: If the domain associated with the project is www.sorezki.com, adding a landing page of www.moviesplanet.com will not be permitted because it is not rooted to www.sorezki.com. Only pages rooted to sorezki.com will be accepted:

Tip: If you want to learn more about how to choose relevant landing pages please speak with one of Sorezki’s experienced SEO consultants.

  • How can I add a landing page?

To add a landing page go to the Set Landing Pages tab in the Campaign Set Up menu and type in the New Landing Page you’d like to add. Click Save Landing Page to add the landing page to the list.

     OR

Feature: If you attempt to enter the same landing page twice Linkr™ will alert you to the redundancy.

Feature: When Linkr™ checks the Google Rankings of your domain and landing pages, it may find one or more URLs which are rooted to your domain and rank in the top 100 search results but are not define as Landing Pages for your campaign. In this case Linkr™ automatically adds such URLs to your Landing Pages list with a spider icon. These URLs are added as suggestions only and can be removed by you at any time.

  • How can I remove a landing page?

A landing page can be removed as long as there are no ongoing orders which include it. To delete a landing page simply go to the Set Anchors tab and click the Delete button to the right of the page’s URL.
